Estaba todo bien,camas cómodas,habitación limpia,el personal super amable en general bien

Lo único que cambiaría sería el buffet que aunque estába buena la comida para mí hay muy poca variedad de platos,al igual que el tema de todo incluido vi poca cosa en el bar de piscina tema comida por no decir casi nada

Large variety of cheeses and fresh fruit for breakfast. Beautiful view from my room. Very friendly staff.

At times not enough tables at breakfast. No smoothies. I had some small ants in my room.

El trato de todo el personal ,los recepcionista nos trataron de lujo desde el minuto 0 y al igual que el personal del restaurante del hotel , sinceramente no sera la última vez que vengamos

Sinceramente no hay nada que nos haya parecido mal

El desayuno del bufet muy bueno, y el trato y amabilidad,cercanía,etc de la recepcionista Aída,nos ayudó mucho en todo, super bien informados, un encanto

Las instalaciones un poco antiguas y las cenas repetitivas ,el salón del bufet se quedaba pequeño.....

The hotel has a good location and the food was generally okay. The maintenance team was excellent – any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the maintenance man was particularly helpful. One gentleman on reception was also friendly and professional. Unfortunately, most of the other staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which had a negative impact on the overall experience. I was also disappointed that there was an extra charge to use the room safe, which I feel should be included. The cocktails were overly sweet and very syrupy, making them difficult to enjoy. Overall, the location and maintenance service were the highlights of the stay, but the customer service and additional charges let the hotel down.

Me encantó la primera vez que vine, esta vez lo mismo incluso más. Excelente ubicación, sin palabras. Buffet y servicios de comida y bebida muy variado, para todos los públicos, muy bueno todo, buenos horarios, nada que mejorar. Zona de piscina muy cómoda, tranquila y bien distribuida. Las actividades muy divertidas, para todos los públicos que quieran participar y echar un buen rato. Y, por último, el trato y buen trabajo en todas las zonas del hotel de los profesionales, en especial recalcar a la animadora Adriana, a la recepcionista Raquel, al limpiador Carlos y la camarera Yolanda, ademas de otros que no me acuerdo de los nombres, pero en general todos profesionales. Volveré una tercera vez.

Brilliant. Got to the hotel Sunday evening, 31.05.26 Friendly and efficient check in, told us all we need to know, reception are was kept clean and tidy. Check out was also good and professional on 7th June A little disappointed with our room as we paid extra which wasn't worth it, but had everything we needed except a kettle so we took our own. Room 1105, kept clean and tidy by Zarah who was very efficient For most of our stay, in the restaurant, we were looked after by Dacil who worked very hard, service with a smile! Food was well presented in both breakfast and dinner plentiful and well cooked. Still our favourite hotel in Tenerife Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely area with plenty of shops and restaurants Highly recommended
