Awful We booked 2 rooms AI for 5 adults then before we arrived booked an extra room for one of the 5 so we wernt too squashed on arrival we was made to pay €125 for the extra room for AI even though we had paid for it on the previous booking, we tried to explain this but was told we had to pay it or the person in the single room won’t have AI Beds and sun beds hard, staff rude apart from Marco and the maintenance man. Not worth the money we paid nowhere near a 4*

Location was great, hotel Is set up for Spanish tourists and a lot of them are very rude including some bar statff. Had an issue when checking in my sister had booked my other sister her own room separately as a birthday present and although we had booked and paid for 5 people AI we were made to pay additional money to make that room AI although we had already paid for 5 people given no choice as we couldn’t leave her as just b n b, we tried to explain our situation but the receptionist wasn’t budging so in the end had to pay an additional €125 for 5 day trip. Other reception staff were really nice and restaurant staff weee good. Food ok as u expect from a buffet
