Very quiet and exclusive, definitely a 5* hotel. Stunning beach location and crystal blue sea. Staff very professional and helpful.

Negatives first. "Standard" room was tired and needed a refresh/refurbishment; it was of a low 4 star standard and definitely not 5 star. Bathroom smelt of sewage (which was sorted as soon as reported). TV channels were all German or Spanish with the exception of CNN. No fridge accept the minibar. Positives. Large pool with plenty of sun beds. Never too busy or noisy. Food was of a high standard and varied, with all sweets made in the hotel. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Fantastic location with easy access to the beach which made up for the minor irritation of the room.

We had a good time and if the weather would have been better, we could have use the pool and the beautiful Mediterranean sea. The hotel recommended a seafood restaurant which was fantastic, if you go their try the plate which includes 3 kind of fish and Prawns and squid and of course the seafood Payeya.

Stayed here first week of June. The hotel exterior and lobby is impressive and it is right on an excellent beach. The staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast has good choice (sausages/ham/eggs/bacon/cereals/fruit/cheeses/everything). The stay was tarnished somewhat by the extra charges imposed by the hotel. Examples: 1) no free wifi, even in lobby areas. You have to pay. 2) Pool area has beds you can't use unless you pay. This leads to the situation where one side of the pool is overcrowded (free loungers) and the other side of the pool (with the beds) is deserted. 3) Beach has sun loungers but you have to pay. To be fair, these loungers do not belong to the hotel but they should have their own. 4) Hotel advertises various facilities i.e. pool tables but again, you have to pay to use them. 5) 3 euro a day charge to use the in-room safe.... After paying a 5-star price to stay at this hotel the last thing you expect is to have to pay for the above items as well. Adding up the room price and the charges incurred leaves you feeling this hotel, while good, offers poor value for money. We enjoyed our stay but would go somewhere else next time.

Great hotel for families, it has everything an indoor swimming pool and lots of activities. I would strongly recommend it.

The hotel is lovely. Great location right next to the beach. I wouldn't say that the bathroom was in keeping with a 5* establishment though - cracked tiles etc. The bed linen was also rather tired. Food - if you want quantity then the meals here are amazing, if you are after luxury then the buffet style dining may leave something to be desired. The restaurant itself is located below "ground" level - Ground in this sense because it opens onto a patio area below the level of the pool terrace. In an ideal world it would have been nice to be able to dine whilst enjoying the spectacular bay views. The pool and spa facilities are excellent, and the staff were superb.

Room air conditioning was only able to go to 20 degrees and was simply too hot so ended up opening patio doors and was a little noisy due to new arrivals. Overall hotel really good, very clean and lots of facilities. Service could have been better and more attentive in the restaurants - felt a little ignored but not terrible, the breakfast service was much better than lunch. Overall I would go back as it was good value for money.

Loved our stay, perfect location by a lovely beach for an October "summer" break from the UK. Thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The Hotel was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel seemed to have mainly German guests which meant there weren't too many people for me to speak to which wasn't great as i was there on my own. The hotel is right on the beach and it was a nicer beach than the one art Port d'Alcudia. Pool was nice and not very busy. although it was very cold water when you got in first. food was OK at the bar side pool if a little limited in variety. The breakfast was opulent and the buffet meal was exquisite although i found it hard to get a drink i was asked once and then even although my glass was empty they never came near me again. I would definitely recommend this hotel and probably will return there.
