An ok hotel, definitely not as good as other 5 star hotels we have recently stayed in. Staff were reasonably helpful and polite, had breakfast which was standard buffet, nowhere to walk to in the evening for a good meal, a taxi ride to alcudia port which cost between 10 - 15 euros each way. Small things let the hotel down, lack of attention to detail really, just felt generally let down having recently stayed in iberostar and melia the standards were generally much higher. Good example, no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom upon arrival..... Pretty basic, the pool bat closed at 5, maybe because towards end of season, but we were there! The beach however was literally at the back of the hotel and was lovely! Overall probably 3/10 for hotel. Never felt compelled to write a review before!

Great stay in a lovely hotel on a great beach. The breakfast had a lot to choose from. The room was quiet.

The hotel had a beautiful location right on the beach. The hotel was extremely clean and had a lovely modern feel throughout. The buffet breakfast and dinner was spectacular, offering foods such a lobster, fresh fish, Mexican night! My favourite! We ate at the pool restaurant at lunch times, Miguel the bar man was fantastic and very attentive! The reception staff were very helpful and were always smiling. The spa was lovely to go and take some time out from the sun. Overall a great stay for the money and we didn't want to come home!

We visited the hotel in June 2014 for a week. It is an absolutely lovely hotel with very friendly staff, exceptional rooms and caters for everyone when it comes to food. The location is spectacular for families who want a relaxing break. The beach is lovely and calm. Our baby enjoyed going in the water and we were comfortable because it was shallow and very kid friendly. I would highly recommend families to stay here and enjoy the lovely beach. I look forward to my next trip there!

Overall the hotel was excellent and we would come back. Other reviews are correct however in that this is a 4 star property not a 5 as advertised. This means that the hotel is still quite nice but it's simply not at the level of what most would consider a five star property (4 seasons etc)- there was a rusty shower head in our room, weeds growing up through some of the patios, no pads on the beach chairs. Again still a great place and these were minor issues, but they wouldn't be found at a 5 star hotel

Lovely hotel on the beach .the restaurant great although not as good as last year but the staff in every area are lovely warm & genuine always ready to assist & generally make the hol good. The evening entertainment is still lacking .except for the vocalist from Liverpool it was a drag in the evenings! But will keep on going for the good points outweigh the not so good.

We stayed at Palace De Muro in May 2014. Hotel was pleasant enough but it lacked some finishing touches to be great. You had to pay €5 a day for wifi (in this day and age!), there was no complimentary water in the room, the rooms themselves looked cheap and had bed linen and towels I would expect in a 3 star hotel and the bed was two singles pushed together with a big gap in the middle -despite requesting a double bed (not very romantic!). Bathroom was ok but not as impressive as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The spa was lovely but the steam room, the jacuzzi and the hot beds were all disappointingly luke warm. Overall the hotel lacked atmosphere and attention to detail. It's a nice place to stay, but don't get your hopes up about it being a "palace"....

Excellent location. right on the beach. Superb beach. Relatively smallish hotel compared to other resorts in Mallorca.
