An enjoyable and relaxing week in a stylish hotel. Staff were nearly all very helpful, cheery and polite. Food was good standard, and although only on a B&B package we did use the hotel buffet on several occasions as it was of a better quality than the standard hotel buffet offering. Having a car was almost a must - we noted large queues at bus stops heading into Alcudia much of the time.

Rooms on small side so would suggest if 3 or more book a suite. Standard rooms only suitable for 2. The sea food restaurant was exceptional. Evening entertainment very good. Location in terms of proximity to beach excellent too.

We had a great family vacation. Kids and parents loved kids club, pool and beach. Suite room was great (bigger than we thought). Highly recommended

Perfect relaxing holiday for us (couple over 65). We travel a lot but look forward to this trip each year.

Really not a 5 stars, not even 4 !! I bought a partial ocean view for $50 more, I got a view on the parking lot, you have to bend over the balcony to see the ocean..!! Hotel understaffed Pool in bad condition. Massage was less than average!! Restaurant upstairs was good

Fantastic beach and lovely quiet location near nature reserve. hotel may have been built as 5*, but does not give 5* service with little in way of entertainment during day or night. Pros: right on the best beach at playa du muro. Can walk to local cafes, or take local bus into alcudia or pollensa. Lovely quiet location. Nice pool, rooms very good Cons: No customer service. No activities - those advertised didn't happen. Kids club only suitable for very young children. Clientele mainly German & Russian

Excellent experience, staff were amazing, I was traveling with my daughters, they enjoyed it very much, our room was not on the beach but it was big and had a great view of the mountains. Love it and we will go again for sure

Incresibly nice hotel. We received a free upgrade to the suite upstairs which apparently was the best room in the hotel including beautiful sunrise ocean view and poll view. There is great variety for breakfast. Double beds are super comfortable, sound isolation is also great.
