Fantastiskt läge, jättefin strand. Tyvärr opersonligt, vi har bott på samma hotell ett antal gånger, men aldrig någon som noterat det. Bra frukost, övrig mat medel. Saknar vatten på rummet.

For a 5 star hotel our standard room was very basic. Whilst the pool area was nice, the sun loungers were dirty and i had to wash off the bird poop myself. Food was basic, but they had only just re-opened after the lock down so its expected. Make sure you bring trousers for an evening for the restaurant, there's no mention of it on the hotel regulations but I got tuned away!

Sehr gute Lade direkt am Wasser. Moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer. Schöne Anlage. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit spanischen Spezialitäten, dazu ein sehr guter Kaffee. Spa Bereich in Ordnung.

Es gab ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Meerblick. Super. Das Personal ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Helt ok opphold på dette hotellet. Forventet dog en del mer. God frokost, middagen er dyr og ikke verdt det. Rommet er lytt, ikke dobbeltseng, lukter tidvis litt kloakk på badet. Hotellet har alle fasciliteter og hyggelig personale.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist klasse und der Strand ist sehr schön. Der Rest ist leider nicht so prickelnd. Wo her die 5 Sterne kommen, kann ich mir nicht erklären!

Fabulous time spent at this hotel. Staff were great and made our stay here perfect. Great location too, right by the beach or you could spend your day relaxing around the pool. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Pros: beach not full of people; clean and comfortable rooms; quality food; great hotel for vacationers that just want to stay put and enjoy the beach and pool. Potential Areas for Improvement: WIFI, re-opening indoor dining restuarant for lunch, pay per view movie options in room. Summer 2019 was our second visit to this hotel. The location is excellent for beach lovers. There are limited hotels in the area and, as a result, the beach immediately in front of the hotel has significantly less people than other areas in Playa de Muro, a big plus as the beach feels "private". The hotel is clean with comfortable rooms. The room cleaning service and customer service in general is excellent. Food is high quality, although they no longer offer an indoor restaurant for lunch which is a bit disappointing. Our daughter enjoyed the Kid's club activities. The evening entertainment is good. Overall, the hotel offers a solid value and quality proposition for families who want to stay in one place to enjoy the beach, pool, and provide the kids with some activities. If you prefer a location with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance, then I don't recommend this hotel. If we return to Mallorca, we'll stay at this hotel again.

Please note this hotel is advertised as 5 star hotel but does not provide a 5 star service. The rooms are so dated you could be confused that u have gone back in time to the 80’s. The bathroom still has a shower combi which would never be accepted in 5 star hotel . The tiling has never been updated and I have never seen actual tiles on the bedroom floor for a long time. So don’t drop your mobile phones There is actually no point in having walls between the hotels rooms as you can hear everything from other rooms . No complimentary water is provided in this hotel you have to visit the local shop or pay for water at the pool bar. The external walls haven’t seen a lick of paint since the last millennium . The swimming pool area has different types of sun beds of which some require a daily payment of €50 per day yes sun beds around the pool not on the beach. No ones uses these, apart from the owners friends, but they take up half the space around the pool! Also be warned inflatables are banned in the pool. There are hardly any sun parasols around the pool and as usual they are in high demand first thing in the morning . The owner has not bothered to purchase more parasols to meet the demand. The WiFi is free if you are willing to accept less than speed of 1mb or you can always pay for the premium WiFi’! Please do not waste your money on such a dated hotel where the owner is just interested in your money and is unwilling to invest any of it back into the hotel
