The noise too much

Excellent staff at reception during our stay. Spacious ocean facing balcony suite. Cons- cleaning staff doesn't hover the floor and doesn't clean in between sofa leaving dirt and food. Mattress are not comfortable for people with back pain

Det er ikke 5 stejerne hotel. Vi er skuffet over hotel forventinger til 5 stjern hotel..Det er gammel Hotel trenger oppssing. Lukta fuktighet (gammel )både bade og romme. På lobby ligger gammel sofa og teppene lukta forfedelig. Mat på frokost ikke så mye valg. eller servicen er veldig bra koselig. Ansatter veldig flinke i motakkelse og gjestfrighet.

Great hotel! Also got a little present for my birthday and the staff and the service was very good.

I took my young daughter here for a long weekend in April. We had a lovely time - beach, pool, Alcudia old town. The hotel was busy but not rammed and the pool area was quiet (the pool is not heated, as is standard I think, and so was quite chilly in April,

Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und gut gelaunte Menschen, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Hervorragende Küche mit leckeren stets frischen Speisen. Sehr gut gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel, teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Interessantes Abendprogramm. Jederzeit wieder.

The staff made us feel like family and that just added to a great stay.

The property is close to the beach and the beach quality is great. However this is not a five star hotel. The room was small for three people and we could have been given two double beds given that our wing was empty instead of three twin beds, one of which was a makeshift bed which was noisy and uncomfortable and plonked in one corner.Hospitality and generosity is seriously lacking.

Our stay was only 2 nights but was very good. Excellent location , nice beach, great variety of food for breakfast and evening meal. It was spotlessly clean and felt safe during these uncertain times of COVID. Gym facilty were excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit and would definitely return again if visiting Majorca.
