Very quiet and private and relaxing. Secluded and switched off from the outside world

I felt like the hotel was a bit dated especially on the outside. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel - more of a 3+ star hotel. We did stay at a 5 star in Palma and it was easily 2 stars above.

Amazing stay!

Male staff quite rude. Air conditioning not turned on, it was still on heating only. Room temp around 24 degrees and nothing I could do about it. Pretty bad for a hotel of this X stars. Our room had a big king sized bed. It was obviously old as the mattress sloped on both sides so you end up at the very end of the bed, on both sides. Again, pretty bad.

Lovely hotel in quiet location, suited me but may not be for everyone. Nearby is shop & a restaurant. Breakfast excellent as was poolside tapas menu. If you get offer of half board at good price I would recommend you take it, even if you don’t use it every night, if not prebooked charge is €25 per person per evening. Side sea view definitely means it, I was as close to front as possible without being in a suite, view was just ok

Excellent in every way

Ludicrous restaurant policies where we told restaurants were full and needed to be reserved 24 hours in advance. Restaurant were never even half full. Hotel was trying to force everyone into the buffet restaurant - we were put into the position of having to leave the hotel to find food late in the evening - as they refused to serve us anything. Staff were nice - but poorly trained and entire hotel was understated. Rooms need upgrade, bathroom door could not be closed.

The location of the hotel was fabulous - being right on the beach - , but the room was definitely not a 5* standard and was more 3* standard. Saying that.. being right on the beach was amazing, so I wouldn't discount going there again.

A very nice hotel, right on a beautiful beach. Location is good, better to drive to the city of Alcudia for a dinner or just to walk around than to hang out around the hotel area. Overall had a great time

This is a stunning hotel and from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The outdoor facilities were great (although the pool was so cold!) and there was a beautiful sandy beach about 50 metres walk. The food was buffet style and excellent. A wonderful selection to suit all tastes. Shuttle bus to Port d'Alcudia was helpful and the overall location is great for exploring the north of the island.
