Aderi Hotel Niantic

Advertise they have a pool and don't!!! I spent $70 more than I pay elsewhere because they say they have a pool,that was the main reason I booked here!!! Would like some kind of discount!!!

Pool was offered on website although the pool was not working as the staff said for years. The bathroom was full of ants I mean covered. The fridge was not cold and only breakfast available was juice. Receptionist was sitting on couch with no shoes on watching TV.

The property is under construction THE POOL was not open I book for 4 people only 2 sets of towels. They offer a beach pass but if you lost the laminated paper pass they would have charged 250 dollar to replace it so I was not taking that risk I pay almost 200 dollars for a 59 dollar experience. 😡

We did not end up even staying here. The entire hotel smelled musty and our room was dirty. The refrigerator was broken, microwave was filthy, pillowcases were yellowed from age/dirt. There was such a strong mildew smell i couldn’t breathe. Wouldn’t expect anyone to stay in that room under any circumstances

This was a horrible experience. I picked this hotel despite its higher price point because it had a pool. Get there to find that the pool is closed and looks like it has been for years. When I complained I was offered a shrug and a “free beach pass” for the town with a threat of a $200 fee if I lost it. I was told they meant to change their ad but just haven’t yet. They refused to discount the room. The room was musty and had a horrible oder. The room’s fridge did not work and when we complained about that TWICE over the course of 2 hours we were ignored and argued with that it just needed more time since it was unplugged. We also had to request new batteries for the tv remote. The wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing. Horrible place. Makes me hesitant to ever use a travel website again or ever stay in a hotel that is not an established chain.

Was very disappointed that i traveled from far to enjoy their outside pool but it wasn't open.

Not a bad little spot to stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and the room smelled clean, too. A little bit of mold starting in the corners of the bathroom, but nothing terrible. The mini-fridge smelled horrible, though…so we did not use it. Pool was not open. Overall, decent place for what we paid. We would stay here again.

When we arrived no ine was at front desk. We waiting 15 min to get checked in. Then arriving to room it was smaller for king deluxe suite. The room smelt bad. My husband and I got bit by bugs while sleeping. No food No Ice machine No Pool nothing.

The property is located in a quiet area, convenient to grocery store as well as restaurants. Beautiful building. Polite staff. The room wasn't well cleaned (beds were made but food crumbs was found under the sheets, stains on bedding and towels, used soap in bathroom)

Good location. Did not charge the internet advertised price ( charged more ). Friendly staff but on late arrival desk was unstaffed and the phone to call them went unanswered.
