Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel, a By The Sea Resort

Where do I start? A/C sounded like a train,kept me awake. Balcony was very dirty. Toilet was messed up, a plunger was left at the door. The parking was horrible,along with the staff on that night. Not worth the money!!!

The price

The Beachcomber is about as bootleg as it comes. The location was excellent and the front desk lady with blonde hair was kind. That is where the stars end. Our room had a used bar of soap in the bathtub and was filthy. As far as accommodations, we bought a broom, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, cups and flatware to get us through the week. The TVs are analog, the remotes had duct tape holding them together. The balcony door opened outward — no sliding door, if that matters to you. You can rent beach chairs for $40 / day. Overall, this is a place for college kids on a budget. You get what you pay for.

Everything was good. Perfect location

The cleaning staff was wonderful! Everyday we had fresh towels, and our garbage was changed. No other place I’ve stayed at has done that! Also, the front staff was wonderful. Fresh coffee was made daily

Bathroom lighting was horrible Beds were very uncomfortable. Felt like we were laying on bricks. Also, pool closed early. Sign said 10, but they got everyone out at 9:10-9:20. One night we were walking on the beach, and they locked the gates to enter the hotel. It was not even 10 yet. We had to find another way in to enter.
