No breakfast Internet was very bad, tv kept going in and out Only one remote in room and took till next day to get a second one Hot tub didn’t work properly and I always pick a hotel that has one

I like the view that you have on the beach. It was peaceful. I like that the management keeps you updated on what is going on on the property.

The parking is horrible.. It was my birthday weekend, and we had things and plans restaurants we wanted to go to. But I didn't want to lose our parking spot. They say you can park across the street, but it was full. Need to work on that ,and I thought it was just me, but it was other families saying the same thing they didn't was to leave cause they didn't want to lose their parking spot. And the grass needs cutting going down to the beach. You barely can see the steps it needs some up keeping around that area. The bar would get more business if they had some more entertainment like have some music playing. While the guess sits outside by the pool.

This is my go to spot in Panama city. I've stayed here numerous times and its different now. They don't have breakfast anymore. They close the pools early and the tiki hut is closed early. You have to pay for ice also. The time before last I visited was 4 years ago and it's a major change from then.

The hot tub didn't work. A lot of rust on the balcony, our ac unit didn't have a cover on the outside and when we tried sitting on the balcony the heat from the unit was way to hot to enjoy sitting outside watching the waves.

Pictures online don't match property. Rooms were a good size. The balcony door had problems closing without pulling hard. Maintenance knocked and opened door coming in before we could answer door. He walked right in room saying he came to fix balcony door. We never called to ask for it to be fixed. Room could have been cleaner. We went and bought a broom for sand and cleaning supplies. After we cleaned up it was better. Elevators smelled the last few days like urine and beer. Not enough parking on lot for all hotel rooms. Parking was across the street.

Hot tub was the ONLY reason we booked there, on mothers day, and it was not working and nobody cared! Feel scammed! Dont advertise a hot tub if it doesnt work!
