Location

One of the A/C units did not cool ( the one in the bedroom area. I ask the front desk to check it while we were out to dinner but nothing changed with it so I don’t know if they checked it or not. And the mattress was completely worn out. When you lay in it the springs collapse and you go straight to the bottom of the mattress.

The room was nice n the front desk clerks were attentive as well as maintenance we had issue with the toilet but was fixed quickly n we liked the pool

Could use umbrellas at the pool n clean n fix the hot tub the jets never worked during our stay also maybe a large skillet would be useful in the kitchen

Beachfront and had a kitchen

Housekeeping never knocked on door to sweep or anything. No breakfast. Bathroom clogged i called fromt desk and they just came with a plunger and were trying for me to unclogg it. Bathroom light falling told fromt desk and they just asked if that was affecting us lol also bed mattress is very uncomfortable. Overall good value but needs lots of improvement
