Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel, a By The Sea Resort

Nothing really.

The room was filthy and no housekeeping service. If you went barefoot in the room, your feet would be black. They played LOUD THUMPING music starting around 10:30 in the morning. You couldn't relax by the pool or even your room. We litterly had to go buy earplugs. Not enough parking on the property and the over flow parking across the street was a mud pit.

We didn’t see a breakfast.

The beds were uncomfortable.

Proximity to the beach. Initial low price. The younger manager on duty. Not the Gm but the manager that I told could do so much better than this place. She was great.

Unclean with marijuana or the smell of it in dresser drawers, broken beds, filthy room and bathroom, small balcony, not enough utensils in kitchen, the refrigerator ruined over $100 in groceries that we didn’t get refunded for. We had to swap rooms to keep from out clothes reeking of weed. The next rooms fridge ruined the groceries. We were given $80 in gift cards to a restaurant that even after we order cheaply (mostly kids meals) off the menu we still had to pay $19 out of pocket. The cleaning staff manager has no social skills to interact with guests. The manager on duty was amazing but limited in what she could do for us. The Gm was remote and was not there to help during the main issues came about. When we brought the keys back by I was told that the cleaning staff said we stole a blanket that we had accidentally thrown in with our luggage with all the other kids’ blankets when leaving. My son brought it back in before we drove off and handed to the front desk worker. I asked them to pull the video and show the housekeeping manager. …why would ANYONE want to steal a nasty blanket from a cheap hotel?! We had to find somewhere else last minute and still have yet to see the refund for our original stay. We lost a day at the beach.

I liked the view, it was very nice. Also it was alot nicer room than i thought.

some of the facility was dated. Seemed due for an upgrade
