Beautiful surroundings, staff always working hard to maintain grounds and buildings, beautifully kept and decorated

The British pub didn’t represent a real British pub very well, no music, not a very good selection of British beer on tap.

Didn’t have enough night life entertainment or excursions. Also found some of the bar tenders rude. Wouldn’t ask you if you wanted a drink for a while. Too busy getting drinks ready for the restaurant. Wouldn’t go back there

My wife and I chose Sandals Bahamas to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. Overall, it was a good trip with some clear highlights — but also a few disappointments. Positives: The staff were consistently kind, warm, and welcoming, which really made the trip enjoyable. The resort offered several restaurants, and the ones requiring reservations had noticeably better variety and quality than the no-reservation options. We also appreciated moments of peace and quiet, some solid entertainment, and smooth airport transportation. Negatives: The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I requested a pillow top on day one, but it was never delivered during our four-night stay. Our “pool and beach view” was completely blocked by trees. Renovations were underway, which created some eyesores. Breakfast was underwhelming, with limited variety. Cats roaming the property were uncomfortable for us, and the outdated card key system was inconvenient — I lost mine twice. Lastly, there were no authentic Bahamian food options, which felt like a missed opportunity. Overall: We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the reservation-only restaurants, but bed comfort, blocked views, and renovations diminished the “luxury” feel. We might return after renovations are complete, beds are improved, and local food is added to the menu.

We rate this Sandals Resort 5 Stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, until our day of departure, the customer service, excellent professionalism, very responsive housekeeping, tasty restaurants, and Vegas-style entertainment was awesome!! Jonathan, our Concierge, was very friendly and helpful in scheduling our restaurant appointments and off-site activities for the entire week, including getting “butler service” for our private cabana on Sandal’s beautiful white sandy beach area. I highly recommend Sandals for your next stay and vacation…we will be back again soon…this year!👍👍♥️😎

staff was very rude and they could care less about you being there they closed the main pool and then closed a main entrance to the hotel which should have been done during off hours (at night) i am not and will not ever go to a sandals company again . we wanted dessert one niight went into a restrauunt and was given the most weirest look and the lady at the desk just walked away from us really?? this was our first time at a sandals and never again. Breakfast was all the same every day!!!t at all restraunts we are on vacation would have been nice to have different items on the bar. we loved the weather there but the holel was old looking and carpet was disgusting,i really hope they get it together and offer a better vacation spot but i dont see it everytime we asked a question we were a bother to that person this is just not right to the people there on vacation there was no communtion of things going on during the day. we had to ask about dinners.... the day of departure things like that just should be communicated to the people there ,,,, really messed up some how i would love to give a raving review but i just cant .!!!!!
