The only thing that was bad was the wait time for food. As long as you go early to your meals before you’re even hungry, you’ll have an amazing time! 9.5/10!

Great food, great drinks, some staff had attitide

Likeed the island experience a lot. Food was too salty but good.Room service replenishment was inconsistent. Need more dance music and areas to easily dance.

The breakfast buffet was good and the resort location was delightful.

The food served at lunch and dinner was, at best, mediocre. It was definitely not fine dining. The bookable restaurants were nearly fully booked before we arrived and difficult to get into. The food when we did get in was disappointing, especially the French restaurant. We could not get a table in the Japanese restaurant on any of our 5 nights. The non-bookable restaurants often had long waits for tables and Gordon’s on the water was freezing cold as the wind screens were mostly broken and could not be used. Housekeeping did not refill tea and coffee making supplies in the room and when more were requested it took several requests over 5 hours and a complaint to the duty manager to get any tea bags. The entertainment was poor quality throughout, more suited to a 1950s holiday camp.

Staff was very friendly and made the trip fun.

To many pool chairs taken by the butler service and then not being used by the guest, while other guests were left with no chairs to use around the pool.
