Localização com praia privada e muito bem inserido na floresta. Muito atenciosos com as crianças com varias ofertas e comodidades no quarto (incluindo uma banheira de bebé!). Comida dos restaurantes muito boa e com preços aceitáveis. Snacks junto a piscina gratuitos - achei muito simpático! Quarto muito espaçoso e com vista sobre o mar incrivel. Recomendo muito o restaurante tailandês ao por so sol - inesquecível!

Espaços comuns e quartos a precisar de alguma renovação.

Our chalet by the sea was literally in the sea and it was spacious, bright and comfortable for 3 of us with the huge double bed and a big sofa bed/ chaise lounge. The bathroom was very big including double sinks, a shower compartment and bath tub. The fridge was restocked daily with complimentary soft drinks and 2 cans of beer, chips and peanuts. But best of all were the stunning view of the sea from our balcony, the sound of sea waves, the friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout the stay, the restaurants in the resort and the close proximity to the SkyCab, Sky Bridge and Oriental Village. This is our second stay at Berjaya Resort and we want to stay there again.

Nothing we can think of.

I think the property is beautiful with great staff. Great pool staff as well where we spent majority of our time. Binod and team were attentive. The breakfast staff was also very good specially dealing some very demanding customer. There was also great variety at breakfast.. all in all a great resort!

We booked a family Shalet. It was exceptional, very comfortable, great view, and we loved it. The service was great, everyone smiling and kind. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a very wide selection of foods. The prices in the bars and restaurant were relatively reasonable for a 5-star hotel. Generally, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We know it is a resort inside the rain forest, which comes with its own problems regarding wildlife, but the ants infestation on the beach was very difficult. They were on everything, on tables, chairs, ground. We had to cope with ant bites in our legs and body for the whole stay duration. It would also be nice to have at least a half board option for the stay.
