Sandals Halcyon - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

Third stay in a sandals and honestly the best yet. Just perfect. The amazing staff can’t make your stay anymore comfortable. Food amazing especially breakfast with the excellent Veronica doing the eggs just the way you like the, she was special.

Service was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. It has a chill vibe. They had activities and entertainment (In comparison, the Grand St Lucian seemed younger overall and had more of a party vibe). Beach was big enough. Water was super calm. Restaurants were great (including the buffet). But if you want to explore the other Sandals resorts, there are shuttles that run all day. The area around is safe. We walked 10 min up the street to the grocery store to buy candy and stuff for our kids. We took the helicopter ride to the resort from the airport. Amazing experience ($190 pp). We took the free shuttle back to the airport. It takes about 90 min. I would take Dramamine if you get motion sick. My wife did...and didn't have any issues. We had a large group. The resort was extremely accommodating in working out meals for us.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Julian at the bistro was one of our waiters and had the best personality and so helpful! Only complaint was in relation to a massage we got. At the last minute they added on a $55 fee and said it was tax. Wish this could have been shown in the brochure/up front as all other costs for activities were given up front Shuttle to and from the airport was great and super helpful Food was amazing and I loved that we got to have dinner at the other resorts. Overall a wonder trip

We had no water one night and couldn’t shower or flush toilets We had no water even after begging to restock fridge We had no clean towels for 2 days They refuse to restock the coffee cheaper resorts are much better I wouldn’t waste my money here again

The scenery and greenery was very lovely. The island is absolutely gorgeous covered in flowers and beautiful sites. One thing to be aware of is the very windy roads so if you’re motion sickness sensitive be aware !

Amazing stay at St Lucia. The food at the hotel was so delicious. All the restaurants had great food options and the food was really fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. This was our first time staying at Sandals resort and we loved it. Will definitely come back and stay at Sandals resort again. Our hotel was very relaxing and quiet, which we loved. The pools were nice and clean and the beach was great as well. If people are looking for a more party atmosphere they also have the Grande which had more of a younger crowd and a bigger hotel in general. You cant go wrong with any one of their 3 locations that are on the island.

Compared to other brands we’ve stayed at, Sandals was ok. Nothing bad at all, we had a great time…it just lacked the overs wow factor that that we’ve experienced with other brands. For this reason, Sandals goes on the bottom of our list compared to our experiences with LIVE AQUA, Secrets, and Excellence. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and although they confirmed several times that we were there to celebrate something special/my birthday- they never did anything special. Bummer.

Beautiful resort, excellent service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite Resorts.
