Came here to stay on our way to Cincinnati for my grandson’s yearly doctors appointments. The kids were all excited to go swimming . We did not find out the pool was closed until after I asked for pool hours after check in . My daughter has a meeting so here I am stuck in a room with 2 sad unhappy kids because they can’t go swimming. If we would have known we would’ve went somewhere else . Also very unfriendly lady at check in . Our phone doesn’t work and stains on bedding. Otherwise hotel appears clean but I would not recommend staying here for lack of communication.

The bed and the room was decent. Nothing worked in the room.though.

The pool was disgusting, nothing worked in the room not the phone , fridge nothing.

Breakfast was good. We booked for an overnight with grandchildren so they could swim.

The mini fridge wasn't adequately cold enough. There was something melted and sticky in freezer compartment.

Very clean. It was close to the bowling alley for the National Championship. I would like to make a shout out to Melissa who was working at the front desk during our stay. She was friendly, professional, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!
