SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lansing West

The pool was nice however the hot tub jets were not working. We even asked upon checking in that both the pool and hot tub were in working order and the desk clerk informed us they were. When we went to use the hot tub and the jets did not come on, we had to go out to the desk to ask if we were doing something incorrectly. That is when the desk clerk said the jets were not working. Our main stay is for a Christmas Eve experience for our son and granddaughter. The hot tub was disappointing.

That the desk clerk was not honest when we asked about the amenities. We should have been informed that the jets did not work on the hot tub.

Location

The two ladies (morning and evening shift) at the front desk were so nice and welcoming! The bedrooms were clean, hallways were clean. Breakfast was great!

Everyone was nice it was clean

I called up prior to my stay to see if the jets were working yet in the hotel bc I like this hotel but the hot tub is the reason I pick it. The jets have been broke everytime we stay. So when I called I was happy they said they were working but that wasn't the case.

Overall enjoyed the stay. I was there for the MSU/UM game. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Navigating the channels on the TV was challenging and apparently housekeeping only cleans the rooms every three days, but neither were deal breakers. Breakfast was delicious.

Room was pricey, but I suspect that it was because of the game.

Its pretty outside

Staff was incredibly rude an beligeriant. Espically the manager. We ened up not staying after being berated by the front desk and manager.
