The hotel was recently opened up for the summer season after it's winter refurb, so it was in immaculate condition. The staff were very helpful and took time to recommend experiences and events. Our room over looked the sea, was large, gracious and very well equipped. The location is excellent for exploring Ortiga, and places to eat, There are lots of comfortable communal areas to sit and relax. The roof terrace bar is delightful with super views over the area, and the restaurant food is amazing, beautifully presented and delicious, though understandably rather expensive. Breakfasts are buffet style with lots of interesting choices, though service could be a bit more prompt, but maybe that was a reflection of the time of year we were staying. We enjoyed our stay. It was everything we expected. However, because the hotel is 3 buildings linked together it perhaps would not be so convenient for disabled guests or those with mobility problems.

The hotel is really beautiful inside, with lots of character and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend paying extra for a room with a view — it made our stay so special and was absolutely worth it. A lovely place to stay in Siracusa.

Location was perfect on marina. Breakfast had many options and very fresh. Room was superb and amazing sea view. Infinity pool was relaxing and always plenty of loungers.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. It has a fabulous view of the harbor, and is very close to several outstanding restaurants. It is close walking distance to most of the important sights on Ortigia. Our room was very comfortable. The view from the rooftop terrace/var is world class. But the best part of the hotel is the excellent staff. They are most helpful, and make guests feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again, happily.

There could be a better choice of bed pillows.
