"Definitely wasnt value for money"

The room was not ready at 3pm check in time. We had to wait 1 hour. So we decided to lunch in their 5th floor restaurant whilst waiting. The sliced beef order was overcooked, difficult to chew and swallow, therefore, was left uneaten. The Cafè de Paris sauce didn’t taste remotely like Cafè de Paris. Waitress spotted this and offered to replace with alternative but appetite was lost. The sliced beef was charged non the less and full bill paid.

"A really lovely hotel."

Almost everything. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting and excellent location.

Minor niggles! We wanted English Breakfast Tea bags and milk in our room. We kept asking Reception but still didn’t get them. Our damp bath towels were beautifully folded on the towel rails every day but therefore couldn’t dry. We didn’t need fresh ones!

"Gran Hotel, gran servicio y gran ubicacion."

Es un gran hotel, muy buen ubicado, las instalaciones y cuartos en perfecto estado. Pero el servicio de todo el personal tanto recepción, meseros y camarista es espectacular. Definitivamente lo recomendar y volvería a quedarme sin duda. Felicidades!

"Wonderful Hotel and Great Location"

Excellent location - central to everything. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Roof top bar is superb and views breathtaking. Pool area small but very pleasant.

Nothing really. Be prepared for a bit of a hike to the breakfast room.
