Quality Inn Zephyrhills-Dade City

To begin the staff was ok but the old lady the manager was very very rude, because I complain about ROACHES in my room, I went there for a funeral, they put me out of the hotel, ROACH ROACH ROACH, also family members who stay there where kick out,

The way we were treated, we were already in destress, after loosing a loved one, and to have a hotel manager, who don't even try to solve the problem, kick us out, very very poor, she told us this is quality inn what you expect, NO PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

It was a great location for what we needed

The bathroom door to our room did not close, the door to our room had a problem with the latch and had to work hard to get it closed. very few options for breakfast.

Staff was friendly and moved our room when we asked to be moved to a clean room

Bathrooms were not clean. We had to switch rooms due to a nasty bathroom just to go to another room with an even more disgusting bathroom. Pee/poo on toilet seat and tub had lots of hair all over and muddy footprints. The shelves were so gross that I put my stuff on it and my stuff came off filthy. The shelves were nasty in both rooms so we didn’t use them. I only stayed because I was beyond exhausted. I actually specifically asked if they could please make sure that the tub was clean as my son just got out of the hospital and would want to take a calming bath…. Before we checked in. I have been to many hotels and this was very expensive for what we got. Nasty bathrooms in every room :/
