Friendly staff and value. Beds were comfortable.

Water for shower was scalding or cold. Toilet seat was broke.

The quality of hotel. The pool didn’t look attractive to get in. But it was clean and staff was great

Paid $100 deposit to the hotel at check in which has yet to be credited back to apple pay. I read the hotel policy prior to paying the nonrefundable rate on booking.com, this policy is not disclosed. The free WiFi is inadequate for business and leisure. There are signs about penalties posted in room and at the exits and use of cameras. I was given a room on the first floor and could hear the guest in the room above.
