"It was a very sad and emotional day for me but not once was I uncomfortable."

The manager was amazing and very kind. I recently just became homeless and she was very helpful and with it being father's day it, none of my kids, and homeless it wasn't exactly the best day. With all that said I think she is amazing and she helped me mentally and ill forever be thankful and will never forget her.

"Got in late crashed. Slept in late. Took a hot shower, used the massage chair. Went about our day. Slept again got ready"

Nice location . Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very little noise and mostly just heard walking by the doors. Inside and outside very clean.

No elevator . Didn’t care much for the breakfast not enough protein. However, there is a Dunkin donut very near. There a Golden Corral next door.

I liked the location, the price was decent once they fixed it ( they charged me three times between them and booking, which is the first problem I've ever had with booking in the 8 years ive been using them) I want to leave a shout out to Mary Kay, she was the only staff member I encountered that went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome . My kids loved the pool

The breakfast options are horrible, no protein options whatsoever all carbs, not getting refunded as fast as they take your money so was stuck at hotel for first day due to being triple charged ( eventually fixed) beds were too firm so provided difficulty sleeping through the night. And the walls are too thin, the last night we were there the people in the room next to ours were continually banging on stuff with a hammer after 10pm to almost midnight.

I had no problems the staff went out of their ways to help me!! They even help me to my car!! So I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family will stay there in town
