Sandos Finisterra All Inclusive

We had the most amazing holiday. Our check with Glenda was great and informative even tho we were there previously. We met with Edgar our concierge who went above and beyond for us. He was amazing! We spent most of our vacation by the pool, service from Carlos,Norma,Joel,Jose and Gabriel was phenomenal. The food was great as we did not feel the need to eat off resort there was a large variety. Shout out to the tortuga staff Mario and Ricardo, I don’t recall the bartenders name tho ! They were awesome. The agave was amazing as well. The service was excellent all staff were amazing and the food was great. Don Diego was great as well. Our servers Arturo and Jorge were excellent! On another note a big shout out to Adi the hostess for remembering us! She did a great job! Thank you to Amadeus for the wonderful cappuccinos!This hotel makes you feel welcomed and appreciated! Thank you to the manager Nicki for having such amazing staff and doing such a wonderful job!!!

Once again, we had an outstanding time. The staff always make this hotel so inviting and deserve mention! Alvaro, Nicholas and Alfredo are first to greet. Oswaldo and the RE team, Ana, Glenda, Yuli and Ivonne ensure we always have a great stay. Edgar, our concierge was awesome. The views and location are second to none. The ocean view rooms are amazing. It has three ocean view pools and one marina view (VIP) pool. It’s walking distance to the Marina and you can whale watch there too. Morning lattes and delicious baked treats are a must from Nelson (Amadeus Lol) at the Cupcake Cafe. The fun evening entertainment is often located overlooking the marina, other than the beach White party . The spa is beautiful , and thanks to Aimeth for a relaxing massage.. As members, it’s nice to see facility upgrades and new delicious items on the menus. We miss Alberto at Tortuga but he ensured we had excellent steaks and ribs at Agave. The restaurant servers, dear Javier, Ricardo, Mario, Rodolfo and Gustavo are some of the best. And the Finisterra has great bartenders with dear Ish, Francisco and Angel. And a big shout out to Luis who graciously served so many ppl during the baseball playoffs! We’d also like to mention Aldo in sales. He always drops by to chat, (not upsell), which is so refreshing. And last, but not least, Nicki, the driving force behind this hotel’s success! See you all again in January❣️Cheers!😎Pat and Shannon

Hello - I was just told a wheelchair accessible room at the Sandos Finisterra Resort can not be confirmed until two weeks before the traveler's arrival date. What happens if the disabled traveler gets to the resort and the room is not wheelchair accessible? The resort is not being accommodating to someone who is disabled and uses a wheelchair.

My husband and I go to Sandos Finisterra twice a year because of the wonderful location, amazing staff who treat us like family and number of food choices available. The views are great from any room. We love being able to walk to the marina and into town to explore.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as we stayed here for a family members wedding but this place was incredible. At every turn exceeded any expectations. We stayed in one of the upgraded suites and it was clean, gorgeous views, convenient. Every single staff member I encountered was so friendly and gracious. Staff went out of their way to be extra kind to my kids. Food was very good with plenty of options. I was leary about quality due to this being an all inclusive but food was great the entire trip. The wedding reception area was fabulous- vibes couldn’t have been better. Some of the other features I appreciated: plenty of poolside chairs, bottled water in room, coffee/cupcake shop, room service late night, great massage at spa, servers at the pool checking in frequently, evening entertainment, felt safe/secure… great spot and would recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and lots of restaurants to choose from as well as room service. Plenty of pools and no need to save chairs. Five minute walk to the marina. Staff are fabulous. Some of the best staff at any of the Sandos resorts.

Weve been to Finisterra many times, the service is always amazing and you can't beat the location. Our first trip to Finisterra in 2015, they had an amazing concierge/butler. He's been gone from the resort for a few years and they have had a difficult time replacing him, but it seems they have found their man, Edgar!! His attention to our needs was fantastic. He helped with dinner reseravtions in town and something special for my wifes birthday. Had a great week as always

This an amazing resort with 5 star service! The staff is amazing and it is a beautiful place to stay! Edgar our butler took care of everything from getting us a bottle of champagne to reserving our cabana we’re just thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend

best start to the day - the early morning classes on the terrace with Frederico - yoga, stretching, pilates. All good. everyone very friendly.

We just returned from our 2nd time at this beautiful resort! The grounds are well maintained with all the cactus, flowers and trees. As far as the staff….we never ran into one that wasn’t smiling & pleasant, however, there are a few that we have to give special shout outs to. Breakfast buffet (Don Diego) Arturo and Alberto ~ at Emiliano’s for breakfast (Royal Elite) *and* Tortuga for lunch Mario, Ricardo, Severo & Jerry ~ Don Diego for dinner, Moises & last but not least, Emiliano’s for dinner, Gustavo. Poolside Bingo with Enrique was a fun way to spend the afternoon! It’s nice to see Nikki, the GM always walking around engaging with all the guests & making sure everyone is enjoying their home away from home. We can’t wait for our next visit!!
