Days Inn by Wyndham Scranton PA

I have to say I was extremely unhappy with my stay. I feel badly for those employees that have to work under those circumstances. Many people complaining Dirty mirrors, rundown rooms. Stained towels. No room service on Sunday .. and no manager present over the weekend? Obviously, having satisfied customers is not the priority of this firm. Definitely seems to be more about how much money can be saved at the expense of the customers comfort. I stayed at many hotels, more expensive and less expensive, and I have to say this is by far the worst of all of them. Any positive reputation that the days inn chain may have will surely deteriorate quickly with this kind of management.

Maybe get rid of the street people and hookers. Payed for 3 nights and only stayed the one.

It was awful. It was dirty and smelled. It was not clean at all.

The room smelled like cat piss. The air conditioner made noise all night long. Some kids were trying to get through the connecting. Door all night long defundes. Clark gave us wrong information about where to eat and the cabinet was falling off the wall in the bathroom.
