Days Inn by Wyndham Scranton PA

I loved the moon tavern down stairs it was an absolute great experience.

What I didn’t like was, it was very cold in the hotel the emergency door for the outside was just left open. The first room they had given me was absolutely disgusting so I went and got another room which was not any better but I dealt with it. The picture above the bed was popped off and stains still on the night stand, the ceiling was absolutely filthy, day 3 we had found a rat trap behind the chain in our room then in that same day 2 roaches were found. If I don’t hear back with a partial refund or some sort of compensation I will be getting a lawyer involved!! People shouldn’t be allowed to stay in something like that, atleast clean it! Oh almost forgot the staff was not the nicest either the room cleaning lady expected money. The room was unacceptable!!!

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were good. The corridors and lobby are always clean. The staff have good customer service and are friendly.

I did not like the fact that from the day I checked into the hotel, the towels were not changed. Poor room service. Also, I reported roaches in the rooms attacking my food, costing me to spend beyond my reach, and no one came...I was advised that I should call the manager. I need to be compensated for this miserable stay.....Much more can be done, but I think the manager does not care as many persons reported roaches and rats in their rooms.

Breakfast ???? There was nothing on breakfast it was just pack chocolate mini donuts and a coffee machine which was not clean. Breakfast even did not had a simple bread and butter. Room was having cockroaches, blanket were smelly and gave rashes on my hands and legs. This was not giving me good vibes from entry only as the doors were also broken and there was no heating in hallway.
