Location was nice and convenient with a lot of stores and restaurants close by.

I want a refund! I found a dead bedbug in my room I was staying in and brought it to the front desk on the napkin and all that was done was a room switch, thankfully the second room had no bedbugs however I noticed the hotel has families that live at the hotel as well but some adults that are there are nothing but loud obnoxious drunks I was there for 3 nights and nothing but constant loud talking yelling, smell of someone smoking and not for nothing I had my 2 year old daughter with me as well our first night the neighbors were extremely loud until 4am which is ridiculous and the hotel should make the families aware that they’re still a hotel a work establishment where people pay expensive amount of money for the time they’re staying and need to have consideration for others throughout the building especially if they’re aware that the room next to them is occupied for a certain amount of time it’s just common courtesy! Also not only that in my second room there was a mouse as well and at one point before walking into the second room I was in there was a cockroach walking into the hall as well. Also I went to get ice from the ice machine in the hall and it’s absolutely disgusting not sure what maintenance does but it looked like the machine needed to be deep cleaned! I absolutely want my refund and not satisfied at all with my stay.

I liked the location. That’s it.

First, we walked into the room and it looked like it had the landlord special paint job. The ceiling was very dusty and the room smelled musty. The bed was not comfortable. But I try not to complain immediately. The restaurant was okay. They overcook a lot and say it’s cooked to temp. I think their thermometer is broken because it was way overcooked and dry. We went to the pool, no towels. The tile flooring was soaked and filthy. So just dirty water everywhere. Some kids came in that were not guests and the guy at the desk came running in yelling at them to get out. Which is fine. But then he started to yell at guests. It was absolutely ridiculous how he yelled at the other guests and children for absolutely no reason. The pool is heated but the room is freezing so you are shivering the entire time you are in the pool.

There wasn’t much of a breakfast. The hot tub in the room wasn’t working.

The doors locked and there was freshly brewed coffee in the morning for the breakfast spread. No roach or bed bug infestations as far as I can tell.

Where do I start? The pillows smelled like dirty people, there was an overall foul smell in the air, the carpet was disgustingly dirty, the sink in the bathroom was not caulked professionally and looked like it was going to fall off the wall, there was noise coming from the rooms on either side of ours until the AM hours, and the desk couldn't find our reservation. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes it was rectified but that led to the next disaster. A group of bikers, some of whom I spoke with and were very nice folks, were allowed to park their bikes RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM on the first floor. I agree with the idea loud pipes save lives but they also kept us up; they should've not been allowed to park and/or idle in the no parking/fire zone in front of room. And with other motorcyclists arriving until nearly 1AM and parking there, it was a nightmare to try to get some sleep. We are light sleepers however are very flexible, we've never, ever, had a stay as unpleasant as the one we just experienced. I'm not sure if is a haven for section 8 housing or other local businesses setting up shop there. Travelers are advised to avoid at all costs.

Room was very nasty hair in the tub soap scum in the tub/shower area The tub was also cracking. Checked out with in an hour after checking in Mike said refund would be issued since I decided not to stay in this hotel. Lanita did say that was miss understand and he should have told me to talk to the manager which is her. She was not there when I complained and checked out. Will not review the ring camera that has voice recording at the front desk.just said it was misunderstanding with Mike and he should never said a refund would be issued and to speak to her.

Perfect stay for us. Nice and warm pool, clean lobby and main areas. Breakfast can be improved slightly. Coffee 24/7 was good plus. Best value for the money and it is nice and quite and easy to access.

Clean room, nice big size warm pool, hot tub was out of order but pool was nice and warm so that didn’t bother us. Nice size parking lot front and back. Staff is extremely helpful. They go above and beyond, they told me to reach out to them if there is anything that we need. Lobby smells good and the breakfast is ok.
