Location and cleanliness. Although the outside appearance was a bit old style but not inside! The room was comfortable with some upgrade done. I had a pleasant stay in cititel. Cleanliness was good❤️ hotel have free parking as well. Definitely will comeback next time. The light inside the room was bright, i dun like those hotel with deem downlight. Photo taken before checkout😅

"Surprising good stay - beyond our expectation"

Good breakfast, a good Japanese restaurant and staff went extra miles to ensure customer request are well taken care of - we had a cake given when requested to celebrate the wedding anniversary of a couple travelling with us at a very last minute and the friendly staff went the extra mile to provide that from the kitchen. Excellent location for touring and food hunt.
