I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Front Office team for their outstanding assistance. On 30th May, I mistakenly booked the room for 6th June. Despite my error, the Front Office staff patiently helped me cancel the incorrect booking and amend it to the correct date. I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to assist me. What impressed me most was that this was during the school holiday season, when hotels are usually very busy. Even with the last-minute changes, they managed to arrange a room for my family. My aunt and uncle are elderly, and they had travelled from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. As it was a public holiday weekend, the traffic was extremely heavy and the journey was tiring for them. Thanks to the Front Office team's understanding and efficiency, everything was settled smoothly, making their trip much more comfortable. Thank you once again to all the Front Office staff for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Your help was greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang.

Excellent Service & Great Support.

I stayed in room 1715. I chose the hotel because of the location and it’s very close to the famous blue mansion. The hotel is quite large and you can definitely tell that this was a premium hotel back in the days. It is definitely not new, but I believe management does good effort to maintain it. My room was facing the sea, which was really lovely. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, even toothbrush. I especially loved that they offer you a jug to refill water at the dispenser in the corridor for free. Always appreciate free water at the hotel and this was really great. That was actually comfortable, more than I expected. Breakfast was good, white selection, even some sushi, nothing surprising, but you can definitely pick something. Staff was very thoughtful and very helpful at the reception and I really appreciated it. Stay just for one night so I think for a short stay considering the price it’s a good option!

The hotel is not new, so of course you can tell it from the rooms. Again, the hotel does good effort to maintain it so it’s all very clean but if you’re looking for a modern looking hotel, maybe that’s not it.
