"Above average but not a hotel. It is a motel."

Overall an above average place to stay BUT it should be known that this is not a traditional hotel with an indoor hallway to rooms. This is a motel setup where doors open to the outside. The location is conveniently located near the shuttle stop and the continental breakfast was good. However the towels are old and thin and the bars of soap were the thinnest I’ve ever seen.

very clean very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

clean close to everything food was OK. I don’t stay for the food though, but it was OK. My husband enjoyed it.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Manitou Springs. Front desk staff nice & helpful. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great selection for the continental breakfast. Only problem was the in room coffee maker - thankfully you could get some at the front desk. It isn't an expensive place to stay so our expectations were surpassed. The others guests were quiet and respectful.
