Quality Inn Buffalo

I have been staying here 3-4 times a year for the last 6 years. Great location for my trip.

This time, the room LOOKED nice and clean, but the smell suggested otherwise. It was very musty and not “fresh”. I worried about the carpet needing cleaning or the room needed fresh air or something. Which made me question the cleanliness of the bedspread, the pillows, the bathroom etc. I went to Family Dollar and bought disinfectant spray and tried to spray everything. Maybe the air-filtration system needs cleaning, I don’t know, but I didn’t even want to take a shower…just sleep fast and leave. Also, the tv did not have many or any local channels so we couldn’t watch the news. All in all, I hope I can find a more comfortable clean hotel for next time. For the high price, it was not worth it.

Location and cleanliness great.

Mostly was staff - unfriendly and room stocked with 2 towels in room- we had 3 people. Asked for more and told none available. Padlock on pool gate so had to have front desk help . Towels for pool thread bare.

Pretty standard cheap hotel. Room was fine. Check out area was dirty but I may have just seen it at a bad time

Room was clean, but the TV did not work at all during our stay. Told the front desk about it twice and it never got fixed. The smoke detector was missing from the room and the pillows on the bed were about the size of a couch throw pillow.

Room smelled musty and was humid, even with air conditioner on 66.

No complaints except for breakfast what they offered was cold

There was an awful smell in the room. It was a mold and food smell. The window had water running down the inside of the window from all the humidity, bathroom roof had black mold and the bathroom walls looked like they had water damage.

Great location
