I showed up super late (after midnight) and I had to leave super early (before 5 p.m.). I set several alarms on my phone, BUT I also called the front desk for a wakeup call. (I could NOT oversleep) I never got that wake up call! It didn't end up being an issue, but I was super annoyed. I little request when unfulfilled. When I'm staying some place for business trip, I can't have little things like this slip through the cracks. #disappointed

"Good stay!"

Our stay was very enjoyable. There is fast food near by and restaurants, as well. Staff is great. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

"Disappointed"

The location was between Dallas and Houston which made it ideal.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Two small pillows. Television didn't work. Not enough food for 2 of us to eat in the morning.
