"Yuck. They need to do some serious cleaning."

Location is good.

Bathroom at lobby level was disgusting—urine on the floor, toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Sink had dirt and grease all over the bowl—someone had scraped designs in it; I’m not kidding! Elevator out of service—laminated sign said for routine maintenance, but I’m guessing it has been like that for a while. Stairways smelled of urine. Room smelled of mold. Breakfast was ok—-at 8 am, there were 2 pieces of sausage and 2 rubbery omelets left. (Breakfast was supposed to go till 9 am).
