The breakfast was good however, it include more Jamaican favorites such as: fry breadfruit, green bananas, dumplings, sweet potato, run-down, etc. The welcome by the staff was awesome. We were thoroughly blown away by the welcome team.

Have more buffet style serving where you are able to select from a wider variety of meals.

There was no communication on over arrival We felt un- welcome I don't know if it was due to us booking as a islander. eventually we managed to let a member of your staff know that we were to book in we had to wait a good while for an introduction. Plus a welcome drink.l could go basically we were happy with the service

The bed was too high. My husband is a cancer patient and found it difficult to lift his leg so high. The staff member did provide us with a stool and this made vital easier. I was not impressed with the sauna, no timer in the saucer and no locker provided to put my belongings away. The steam room was not working and the cold plunge pool was warm with no jets jacuzzi jets working.
