Great hotel with great staff

This is my 2nd stay & rooms were clean, probably one of best places to stay here in this big town of Jesup, Ga.

Couldn't stay late night with my babies because front desk personnel wanted me to pay only cash for deposit

Fitness center and swimming pool not available for use.

The customer service was terrible, called for information and there was blaring music in the background and the lady was rude and impatient, the window in our room leaked when it rained and it smelled like mold.

Convenient

Rooms were clean. However, the work out center was old and none of the equipment functioned properly. All of it needs to be updated. The advertised breakfast. Very little there. No fruit. No coffee was available. There was a few yogurts. No toast or pancakes or waffles. No eggs. Pretty bad overall.

Nice staff and clean

The staff was rude and accused is of stealing from him ..we arrived with an extra two travelers..our granddaughter from college unexpectedly came along with her friend. The clerk got irate..screamed too many people .... told us we were stealing and actually told us to leave and go somewhere else..before we were offered to get an additional room . Then he had an argument over the door key that was difficult to operate and was belligerent about us now not knowing how to operate it. One room key also did not work. The pool was locked closed and the gym was closed as well. No coffemaker or working hair dryer in rooms. No cable ..just antenna tv. The building was older and showed age with broken tiles in floor. The rude staff assures we will not be staying again. We expected more from Days Inn as a trusted brand.

The towels had stains on them, the pillows felt like bits of foam cut up and thrown in a bag, the staff is not friendly, no coffee maker in the room and the ad said breakfast included…well if you call a banana, a small pre-made waffle, yogurt and a bagel breakfast, then yes they give you breakfast. There are 3 tables for everyone to sit to eat their breakfast. It was stressed to us we would be fined for smoking in the room (we don’t smoke), yet our room reeked of cigarettes and the curtains were yellow. This was the worst place we have stayed in a long time, definitely not the standard I expected from a wyndham property.
