Customer service sucks not friendly. I asked for an iron and was told they didn't have an iron,but when i asked for a refund an iron appeared. They tried to charge me for an extra adult in which it was only 2adults and a baby. I told the rude ass guy at the front desk the lady said you had three adults. I told her go check my car. The Customer service is horrible no thank you at all. Shut the dhit down. The shower was dirty never again.

RUDE STAFF. And I mean RUDE 4 people can't stay in a room with 2 beds, so I guess they don't have rooms for 4 people. Go across the street to Baymount by Wyndham. They are friendly and get a lot of guests due to the staff at Days Inn

Booked a room that sleeps 3. King room with pull out couch. Once we arrived they charged me extra for the other 2 people. My wife and son. Never had that happen. Crazy. I can maybe see it if they had a buffet breakfast. But it was doughnuts and juice.

Rudest lady at the front desk, we were denied service because of a service dog, she saw the dog out the window and screamed no pets, I said no problem its a service dog, she said ok well we don't have a room then, I asked for her Name its sounded like Teshia or something, she wouldn't repeat it when she realized I was filling a complaint, she said she doesn't care about a disability or complaint she is taking care of her property make whatever complaint or review you want.... but since I've read the other reviews I'm guessing we lucked out by being refused and didn't have to stay in a disgusting room (sometimes things work themselves out for the best) there's a few much nicer hotels in the vicinity with friendly staff and clean rooms, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

Facilities were convenient to my destination and clean enough for price. Lobby is still locked down from Covid, served only coffee for breakfast, probably a cost-savings maneuver.
