Staff was very to the point. The room we had was decent. We were there for a funeral so didn’t have many last minute choices… the sheets were stained and the shower floor was broken. The staff seemed like they were overwhelmed. I almost felt the need to get a vacuum and hand towel and help out. Check in was decent. I did ask if I could check in early and the lady rolled her eyes and said they couldn’t do it. This place is okay if you have nowhere else to go.

This was my second time at this property. First time I was given a clean room with king size bed and updated bedding from appearances and feel. Second time the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, bedding was outdated, room badly in need of updating (wallpaper peeling off walls at ceiling line, carpeting, drapes look like they've not been changed since 1950's). Worst of all the door closed but would not lock with the throw lock despite multiple attempts. There was scotch like packing tape over the door lock. When I went to front desk to report and ask for another room he told me he didn't have another room and argued that maintenance had checked the room and found nothing wrong. I told him to go up to the room and see for himself. He also said he could not give me a refund that I needed to report it to Expedia. As I attempted to log onto Expedia and report the incident while standing in front of the check out window he then said he had a room with 2 double beds would that be ok. This room also though by most appearances looked clean was very outdated as well. This property says under new management - maybe whoever owns this property should do an inspection. Further, how Wyndham has it's name associated with this property is beyond me and should also be reported. I will never stay at this property again and because Wyndham has it's name associated with it I'm also going to be suspect of other Wyndham locations especially Days Inn affiliations.

this place was old and run down big time. ended up with two rooms as the first one had to let that was not even fastened to the floor if you sat on it would come up in the back and even pull the water line from the wall.

Poor customer service, no customer interaction, substandard repairs, no breakfast. Staff stayed locked behind glass, no eye contact. Overall, staff did not appear welcoming, no smiling, failed to explain room check in/out processes.

"Worst customer service ever"

The room was mediocre at best. No iron or ironing board. When I went to the front desk to ask for iron, The lady at the front desk said all the irons were taken out the rooms. I am on a 4 day business trip and I'm not suppose to iron my clothes? Then I asked for a number to make a complaint, and she breaks out into an argument with me. I then said just refund me and I'll just check out. She said she couldn't give me my money back. I ask who was her boss, she then says I am my own boss. Another customer walks in at this time and she asks if he had an iron in room. He did and he let me use it. Never again will I stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you are coming to Jesup, chances are you are because you have family or you are doing business with Raineer. As such, you have a limited choice of hotels. And non of them have the customers or cash flow to do any upgrades. My experience - COVID has shut down the lobby, so you register through a window. The manger seemed cordail enough as I checked in. Notes were hand written on the window concerning "cash only" customers and deposit requirements. Fair enough. Access is through a side door with a keycard. The side door is locked 24 / 7 which is nice from a security standpoint. The elevator worked and stairs were easily accessable. My first impression of the room was "musty". However, keep in mind it is not far from Florida and if you have ever been in those, they are *always* musty from high humidty and heat. I turned on the AC to draw out some moisture and mustyness. Between getting used to it and that, it was under control. For some reason I took a look at the comforter on the bed - it had a small rip / hole and a small stain. But otherwise that and the sheets were clean. Not going to object a lot considering the price (I did not pay full price). The carpet was in good repair, but obviously was old(er). Lights, TV, and fridge were in working condition. The bathroom / shower was a standard size for a hotel. Clean, free soaps and lotions. Abundent towels. Clean. Adequite shower flow. Hot water arrived quickly. The bed was confortable (King size). Not a bad place for the $$$
