I would never stay at days inn in Jesup Georgia again it had roaches on sanitize not clean dirty when I came in here all in the tub shower not working right it was poor customer serviceThe front desk clerk had a nasty ass attitude

The room was not clean. Towels and beds had long dark hair including beds and bathtub. Beds didn’t have skirt and had very soiled stains that looked like blood stains. The place had a very bad odor to it. I would never stay there again.

Would not recommend this hotel. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. Pot smell in the hall to our room. Dirty shower curtains and bed looked like the linens wasn’t changed. I get like something was biting me all night like bed bugs. It says under New Management but that sign has been that way for months and months. If they are than they need a lot of remodeling for sure.

After checking in and taking a shower, I turned down the bed sheets to discover sunflower seeds in my bed. Not. Mine. Asked for clean sheets and remade my bed, as my companion was already asleep in the other bed and I didn't want to wake them to relocate. The heat didn't work in the room and it was 37-degrees outside.It was a cold night in room 104 as there were no blankets either. I left a message for the manager who did not return my call. I called again and he became verbally abusive and hung up on me after I told him of the poor condition of the room. I have contacted Days Inn corporate customer service line and shared my concerns. Further, I have contacted the Georgia Environmental Health and Wayne County Health Department because it is clear that this hotel is not following mandated COVID guidelines. I am concerned that the hotel is obviously not following any cleaning protocol which is so important to public health these days. I am equally dismayed that customer service is a phrase that this manager does not understand. Stay away if you are at all concerned about your health!

Staff was very rude. Found a roach crawling around in the room. Nothing done about it. Will not stay again. Staff was rude at check in and about the roach

Excuse my anger...BUT... Man when I tell you this Mothrf#%*}! Hotel room is horrible!!! Then the dude at the front desk copped an attitude....WOOOSAAAHHH We get here and the first thing was the smell outside...good grief it smelled like spoiled cabbage and collard greens!! Then we walk in the room and the very first thing spotted was blood on a pillow...then as we are scanning the room...the box everything is plugged into looks disgusting...what looks like bodily fluids (hint hint) on the curtains...built up dirt against the floor boards...and roaches!!! So I go to ask for a different pillow and this dude just stares at me then gets an attitude like I did something...I think he wanna get these hands...but I called management at my job and they got us out of there ASAP!!!

As a non smoker I am sensitive to odors of cigarettes and cigars. This property has I absorbed a strong odor of smoking.

Everything is out dated and stuffy I am in the non smoking area and my room still smelled smoked in I am not happy at all

As a gold member of Hotels.com, it should be apparent that I travel often. During my travels and booking through hotels.com, tbere have been times when certain hotel operators managed to make checking in difficult. My recent experience at this property was beyond BIZARRE! Let me explain, I arrived and checked in on a Friday night for a 2 night stay, prepaid through Hotels.com. Saturday I left to go to work and when I returned to the room, the key wasn't working. It happens. When I went to the lobby to get a new key, I stepped into the twilight zone. The individual at the desk told me that I wasn't checked into the room that I had left that morning. He interrogated me regarding my stay while he was holding the receipt I had signed when I checked in. This dunce argued with me for about 5 minutes before relenting and providing me with a working key. Of all the hotel mishaps encountered, this was the worst. People should not be allowed to work the hotel counter while under the influence of drugs.

Terrible room service. The people working there were extremely rude and had no people skills. Pool is still closed
