Jesup Inn & Suites

Very disappointed as we have stayed there several times before. Bathroom unclean, hair in the tub, shower sprayed everywhere to the point the whole floor gets wet. Fitted sheets didn't even cover the whole bed. Again, VERY disappointed!!

It was a pleasant stay. It was very clean.

Shower heads were mildewed. And room was so hot when walking in.

Property in dire need of repair. Water marks on ceiling. Dirty sink in bathroom from previous guest. Dead insects and dirt inside globe fixture in bathroom. To be fair, they have a sign up stating under new management. Maybe they'll address the issues but I won't stay here again.

Nice clean hotel plenty of parking and decent restaurants and convenience stores in the area. 5he staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could use a little updating. But overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Check-in was fine. Due to covid the hotel has taken the necessary precautions to limit the amount of social interaction and that was fine. The room however; notsomuch. Upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was the dank humidity and the sound of water running. The tub faucet was dripping. I imagine it was doing that while the room was sitting and the AC was turned off. Over time the ensuring water would evaporate but with no where to go it ended up just making the room feel like a gym locker. The towels were moist. I'm sure if I would have asked I would have been able to change rooms but having traveled all day I just wanted to see it through. I cranked the AC and left the light/restroom exhaust on to help dry it out. It did and eventually the room was fine. The bed was comfortable and I slept through the night. I woke - went to make myself some coffee - found the room attendant forgot to leave me any coffee to make. I showered and I left catching a coffee to go down in the lobby. For a low cost I was able to stay for the night. I suppose that's all I needed. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Air in room never really got cold. When asked to change rooms or have it looked at the front desk said can’t change due to Covid 19 and didn’t have maintained man on property.

Staff was very friendly and helpful checking in and out was super easy

It’s a small town and have limited options for hotels. But this place was nice with friendly stuff and good service. Room was large and very clean

Hotel was just ok. Breakfast was not good. Hardly anything available. No eggs, like 5 sausage, half of which were hard. Check in and check out was easy enough. In a pinch I'd stay here again. The price was right anyway. It's in Jesup, so not much there. I'll never be back through that area anyhow.
