Jesup Inn & Suites

The night clerk was responsive. The building was remodeled with incomplete and shoddy work. We stayed for the location.

Clean room. Clean dining area.

The stay was fine. If you would like a bite in the morning, you may need to be there at 6:00am and not 7:45. there was coffee, only 3 small cream cheese danishes and some cereal. That was the extent of it.

it was 80 degrees and expedia did not pay i paid at property since expedia's card as declined still waiting to get a refund and my points

When we got there it was extremely hot and the room was smelly. They also didn’t clean the shower. Hair and soap was left in.

Everything was fine except the staff, they were so terrified of covid that i actually saw one of them driving by themselves with a mask on. That is beyond a fools defination of a fool. I would have to find one every money to refill the coffee. They would all be hiding behind a counter to ceiling glass barrier wearing masks.

The toilet rocked and hit the wall after each use. The seat was loose and not secure. Afraid to use the facility during the night and cause a flood.

Clean and convenient.

Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and professional. Quite and comfortable.

Poor sanitation and customer service. Need repair the bathtub and sink. Night time works need training on all aspects of the hotel so they can ask customers’ questions. Bedsheets, bed covers, and pillowcases are too old and too dirty.
