It can use some updating but it's okay the reception was excellent

We arrived late on Friday night and all the lights were off in the lobby leading one to believe that they were closed. From the outside, I called and received no answer. Finally, I just went up to the doors and it was actually open. They got me my room and I went to bed for the night after confirming that their full breakfast opened at 6:30 and served eggs, sausage, pastries and waffles along with other things. I had somewhere to be so I wanted to get down as soon as I could for breakfast before heading out. I got to the breakfast area at 6:45am giving them a few minutes just in case they were late. Well, to my surprise, the lobby was dark just like when I got there the night before and breakfast was no where to be found. I lingered around for a bit and at 6:50, a staff member came and started to set out things for breakfast. I ended up with a bowl of cereal and some microwaved eggs and sausage. I wanted a waffle but the frozen eggo waffles just weren't going to cut it. I was very disappointed in some simple things and for me, if I am ever in the area again, I will spend my night at one of the hotels in the area, although, if I am guessing they are probably all owned or run by the same people. DO NOT STAY HERE. Choose one of the other facilities to take your chances with. This one is definitely not worth the trouble.

Nice and clean. The staff was courteous and efficient

The room was very dated and old and smelled of bleach. My daughters room had the carpet pulled up away from the wall. The free breakfast was awful. The orange juice machine was broken. Eggs were cold. Yogurt was expired. Had to ask for more coffee. Oatmeal was watery. Very sad.

The stay started out decent with a clean room, but customer service was lacking. No introduction to the property or even a breakfast time. The room was clean and I was impressed by the updated presentation. There is an issue with the floors being insulated. Sorry Mr. Smith, but I knew every trip that you made to the bathroom as it sounded like you had some 1970’s four inch heels on while making that trip. The disappointment really came the next morning when I was in the breakfast area at 0715 with several other families and the desk clerk was telling us that the manager went to get breakfast. I was lucky enough to grab the last cup of coffee and I waited around until 0900 with no breakfast ever showing up. The checkout agent was not sincere in her thanking me for my stay. Bottom line- Room was a great value, but without the supporting customer service and breakfast that is promised in their advertisements, the rating drops significantly. I have no problem if this hotel does not want to serve breakfast, but at least do not advertise that it is included.

It was some what clean not really worth the money

Old and poorly maintained property. Bed linen was old and disgusting. Stains on carpet, breakfast was disappointing

This was by all means a sub-standard hotel room. There were stains on the bed spreads, trash cans and the curtains. Mildew was hanging from the rim of the commode that could be seen from the hall and doorway. The hallway spelled awful and continued into the room. Great Staff and comfortable beds.No bugs of any kind. Great. I was worried. Checked mattress immediately.

The gym could use a little work. The staff was cool for the most part. Easy check in. Easy check out.
