The only positive things are the location and view.

The rooms are really dirty and the furniture really old. The cutlery drawer was filled with crumps and the cutlery was still dirty from beforehand usage. The washing mashine is also dirty and smells bad. I stayed there 6 years ago and was happy back then but in the last years it has poorly developed. They also still hold the bond on my credit card after check out although I contacted them several times - just bad! :(

The location and room floor 22 was spectacular

It was very dated and dirty, though the beds were clean. Mouldy bathrooms and dirty carpet.

2 minute walk to the beach

I get that Booking.com photos usually show the best rooms, but the one I was given was disappointing for the price. It was outdated, not clean, and had no view at all, which made the stay feel overpriced.

Very old needs renovations, tv doesn’t work only on music, toilet was leaking water, cleaners turn the main bull valve off from the bottom to stop the leak.
