The views were amazing , close to all amenities, and rail.Very friendly staff .

It was very hot in the family room, no air con there, the outdoor furniture could do with an up grade .

View and location great

We had a four night stay and had to move on the second day to another apartment due to initial apartment booked being unavailable. It was inconvenient and now communication by staff relating to a time that new apartment would be available. Both apartment were very unclean and required a great deal of maintenance.

Spacious apartment with sea views. Comfortable bed. All amenities for a comfortable stay. Friendly reception staff. Easy check in. Just a few minutes walk into the heart of Surfers and nearest tram stop, easy access from airport.

Some construction next door created some noise disturbance, especially if sitting on balcony.

Rooms huge with a great view from level 10. Kitchen, lounge and dining area great. Two bathrooms!! Air conditioning cool.

Air conditioning vents were filthy!! Haven't been cleaned in forever!
