The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The apartment was spacious and offered beautiful views, which made our stay very enjoyable. The interior also had lovely touches, such as pictures and decorations, making the apartment feel warm and welcoming. The hotel grounds were tidy, clean, and very well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The swimming pool was nice and clean. A special mention to the staff – they were outstanding, friendly, and always ready to help. The manager, in particular, did his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

There were a few aspects of the stay that could be improved. The room wasn’t very clean, with noticeable dust on the bedhead and around and behind the bedside tables. The bathroom fans were also quite dusty. The apartment itself felt a bit old; however, it had been freshly painted, and the furniture was outdated. On a positive note, the staff responded quickly and kindly after we mentioned these issues — they cleaned the dust and fans straight away. They also offered us another apartment, but we decided to stay as this one had the best view of all the options.

Not well cleaned - popcorn on lounge floor, dental floss on ensuite floor, dust inside bedside cubes, dust in carpet floor corners, food? on back of couch, stains inside mugs, spills around bin cupboard, grime on bathroom floor/corners. Old TV - no Netflix.

Construction work nearby on the right side. But management were very helpful about moving us higher to avoid the noise from the new building.

the location is great 👍 close to the beach, train and bus stations, heaps of restaurants and cafe options. The view from our room was amazing.

We had a late check-in and they gave us a clear instructions for late check-in but unfortunately, we still had hard time to enter the building because their intercom system was not working.

The apartment was dirty and the portable air con was broken and the oven didn’t work.

Great pool and spa and tennis court and good gym

One day my door card went missing from my bedside drawer and turned up there again the next day. I checked that drawer 4 times and nothing was taken in the unit so it was very strange!

Easy access to the main town close to transport, the views in the appointment was just the best and the was clean .

Spacious apartment, with beautiful views and perfect location. Apartment facilities were all lovely and all staff were friendly and helpful! The manager Kevin especially, was so warm and welcoming which made the experience even better. I felt safe and comfortable and really enjoyed my stay

No wifi. As an accor member you can get free wifi but I hadn’t realised it is limited to a certain amount per day which I used pretty fast. In saying that though, I ended up paying $40 for an e-sim with data and it was more than enough to use on both the TV via hotspot and on my other devices for the entire week so it’s really a minor issue in the grand scheme that can easily be worked around!
