Need more attention to detail cleaning the room felt like it may have had a quick dust off with new towels and new sheets, then no other cleaning, floor was dirty, basin was dirty, inside kitchen cabinets was dirty wasnt comfortable using utensils Alot of old broken cupboards , holes in the couches and rattling doors on the balcony mostly from outdated and age. Not sure its was worth the price paid for considering there is more competitive modern cleaner rooms and being an accor branded apartment i did expect better

Fan was noisy/faulty, AC was noisy/faulty, rooms weren’t particularly clean or tidy, blinds barely worked, very noisy apartment even with all doors closed.

Beautiful affordable ocean view apartment at level 19

Very friendly staff, excellent location and views. Good amenities. Bed and furniture was nice and comfortable. Main living area was nicely laid out and equipped. Kitchen and bathroom were a little dated but everything worked and was very much usable. Layout of the living space was excellent, whether sat at the dining table or the couches we had excellent views of the beachfront. Was very pleasant to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the mornings.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Some items in the kitchen felt slightly grimy despite looking clean. Bedroom fan was a bit dusty. Only major gripe was there was quite a bit of mould in the bathroom, particularly in and around the shower. We meant to raise this with staff before leaving but ended up leaving a bit earlier than planned so reception wasn't open yet

Beautiful view from Room 2404 on Level 24, balcony looked straight out to the ocean. Only 4 apartments per floor, apartment complex very quiet. Lovely cross breezes from the hinterland balconies to the sea view balconies with all doors open.

Construction of a new tall apartment complex across the road generated noise which ran from 6am until 6.30pm. Sometimes it was so loud we needed to close the balcony door.

The pools were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The shower was good. The kitchen was well appointed. The location which is close to the beach but away from noise.

The room needs a deep clean as it was clearly dirty. Furniture needed cleaning, the mat is full of stains, the perimeters of the floors were filthy. There were a number of items in the room that were damaged and needed repairing. The air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be used at night.
