Taisha R was incredibly friendly and efficient, always willing to go above and beyond with a smile! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Good parking and checkin

1. The 'continental breakfast' cited offers little more than coffee, commercially made small muffins, and low end granola bars. Served on a non-appetizing shelf across from the check-in desk in the lobby. 2. Hard to control the temp in the room. Either too hot or too cold as the night progressed. 3. Although a frequent traveler, I managed to leave a small piece of luggage behind. Didn't realize it until late the night of checkout. I called next day and spoke to desk person who said she would check with housekeeping and call me back. Two days later I called back again, and desk person had no knowledge of previous call. Said he'd check with housekeeping and call back. Nothing heard!!!

The bed was very comfortable.

The fact that the fridge was not cold enough. There was a lot of dog hair on the cart.

Disgusting place. Smelled like cigarettes and garbage, filthy everywhere. There was a clump of hair on the hairbrush by the TV, no dishes, no pans, the electronic key wouldn’t open the door, and the floor was so sticky my shoes literally got stuck. I was shocked — booked a 9+ rated hotel right away and got the hell out.
