Nil A suggestion maybe to make the check in time earlier so we could have longer time to stay.
BNExceptional breakfast spread and the room in general is quite good (main building needs more upgrade like the ones in garden area).
Parking lot - quite limited especially during peak holiday season. The TV set in our room is blurry and unwatchable - maybe can offer prime streaming options lime Netflix etc.

Probably they should change the pillow . A bit hard and not fluffy anymore .

Room was run down. Pillows were overused and flat. Room service was so slow. Scums & grimes were around the shampoo and soap bottles

The inefficiencies during checking in, where we only entered the room at 6:30pm. The room is not well cleaned and maintained, where we found a big mouse in my son’s room and dead cockroach in one of the room.
