Harrah's Resort Southern California - A Caesars Rewards Destination

I enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially since it's the only place to smoke my cigars!

Great staff, tired property. The Harrah’s team were wonderful — thoughtful, kind, and even upgraded our room. Sadly, the property itself felt dated, the lazy river was underwhelming, and the casino was average. Excellent service, but the resort just wasn’t for me.

We always have a great time when we stay at Harrah’s! The rooms are beautiful and the hospitality is top notch. The pool is always a good time!

Super nice

I love the clean places and we enjoy the river pool’s. It’s so long to wait for coffee, I like the coffee inside the room better. It’s hard for people to travel nowadays because restaurants food price too high. Thank you

Great trip. Food was excellent. Slot people were efficient and pleasant. The only thing, lotion was missing from room as their shipment did not come in. But room was clean and welcomed us.

Overall average experience. Got a great! sized room due to loyalty rewards. But room had no coffee maker or no lamps dark all the time in the room! Forced to go to Starbucks for coffee that sucks, being from the East Coast we were up early the first morning like 5:30 a.m., and couldn't even get a damn coffee cuz Starbucks doesn't open till 6:00, then they don't take reward comps until 7:00 a.m. so that doesn't do you any good to have reward comps if you can't use them because Starbucks claims you had to wait till 7:00 a.m. due to some sort of rule by Harrahs that you couldn't use reward comps until the quote unquote day settled. I guess I understand about no comp to alcohol but $8 for a beer? Give me a break. Five beers each for me and my wife is 80 bucks not counting the tip, hell I could buy three cases of beer for that. Takes nickel and dimeing to the extreme. Casino was okay clean basically no better or worse than several other Harrahs or Caesar's properties. Also it's a smoking casino but you can't smoke cigars, I guess it's a California law but again give me a break smoking is smoking. There's a no smoking section available so people that don't want to be around it should go to the no smoking section. Food options were okay. Asked someone sitting at a machine not playing, talking on the phone, if they were going to play I said excuse me are you going to play if not do you mind if I play that machine. They got loud and started arguing with me. I asked the floor person what the policy was on someone just sitting in a machine not playing and they said we give them a couple of minutes then ask them to move. That woman sat there for 10 minutes and the guy never asked her to move the woman finally said well you know who I am so apparently the guy knew her guess if you know somebody you can do whatever you want at this casino

Such a nice getaway. Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable, pool was so much fun!
