We were here to celebrate our 34th anniversary. When checking in we mentioned that and to our surprise when we got to our room we were given an amazing upgraded room! I wish i would have gotten her name as she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

"Tier match this mother fluffer"

I couldn't get past the rewards program. The Caesars rewards will match the tier of the competitions players which sounds like a great idea but when you get there you will have no free play and require you to earn 500 or something tier credits and I is $5 so 5k just to activate the bennifits. Talk about a kick in the balls.

"Don’t bring the teens "

Not as teen friendly as expected, teens cannot walk in hotel by themselves to gift shop, eat at cafe or Starbucks. The description should show this upfront. It’s too bad they don’t offer a movie theater or a teen club onsite

No bathtub like the picture promotes for a room that costs over 200 dollars, quite disappointing. Shower head has a low flow mist like spray, water temp indicators are backwards. No microwave, no pen and paper, no tea or coffee maker. Desk chair stuck at lowest setting making it unusable to sit at desk. At least it was quiet.
